COVID-19 UPDATE (5/26/21)
Health & safety are high priorities for our company, students, & staff. In an effort to reduce transmission of illness, we will continue to utilize preventive measures during the pandemic.
We are aware of Governor Cooper’s most recent changes in Executive Order 215, however, MedUltra Learning will continue to limit the number of participants and continue to practice social distancing whenever possible. Face masks/coverings are still required for both staff and students within our classroom. Your mask must cover your mouth and nose at all times. If you are sick (fever, cough, runny nose, difficulty breathing, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.), please reschedule your class via the “Change/Cancel Appointment” link found in your confirmation email. If you are canceling within 48 hours of your scheduled class, our cancelation policy does apply. Please call us directly to reschedule at 919-998-8490. Canceling for illness after the course is scheduled to start constitutes a “no show.” If you are symptomatic upon your arrival, you will be asked to leave and reschedule.
Upon arrival to your scheduled class, you will be asked to sanitize and will have your temperature taken. If you prefer to wash your hands in our public restrooms or use your own sanitizer, you are welcome to do so. We are currently not allowing beverages nor food in the classroom, including water and black coffee. Please plan to leave beverages and food in your vehicle or dispose of contents in the outdoor or restroom trash receptacles.
The AHA has provided interim guidance on instructional changes during the pandemic. AHA recommendations include, but are not limited to, requiring hand hygiene before class, not permitting food/drink in the classroom, removing the practice of physically providing breaths (mouth-to-mouth & mouth-to-mask), and removing the practice of two-person scenarios. After course completion, manikins, training tools, and all surfaces are decontaminated according to company policy, which is in line with AHA recommendations and utilizes EPA-approved cleaning products capable of killing COVID-19.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation! For additional compliance questions, please call us directly at 919-998-8490.
