Our dedicated office & classroom is located INSIDE of Plank Coworking Space. This building contains additional workspaces for members, dedicated offices, and shared spaces.
There are two entrances, a front, street-facing and side entrance. Both are secured 24/7.
Follow the specific directions within your Enrollment email for the best way to enter. The instructor will meet you at the specified door to let you in.

There is parking enforcement for surface lot and on-street parking from 7am to 6pm Monday-Friday. If your class falls within this time frame, read this section carefully.
There is two-hour free parking per lot in downtown Greenville. After two hours, the vehicle must be moved to a different lot if within enforcement hours. The Edwards Lot is adjacent to the Plank building & Five Points Plaza is directly across the street. Parking is free after 7pm.
The greenvillenc.gov website implies that weekend parking is free, however there may be additional signage in the area with additional timeframe restrictions and parking guidelines. Vehicles may not be left in a single space for longer than 72 hours. MedUltra CPR is not responsible for expenses incurred for failure to follow the CIty of Greenville Municipal Code.
This means that MedUltra CPR of Greenville’s 6pm evening and weekend classes should be clear as long as there are no parking restrictions on nearby signage.

Shana Taylor joined MedUltra’s team in 2021 as a Basic Life Support and First Aid/CPR/AED instructor for the American Heart Association and the American Red Cross. In 2022, she took on an administrative role within the company, and is now MedUltra’s Director of Operations.
In addition to her career with MedUltra, Shana is a North Carolina certified EMT-B, and is currently furthering her education in administration and management.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Shana enjoys a range of artistic hobbies including drawing, painting, and photography, and outdoor activities such as kayaking and hiking with her dog, Florence.
Christina Marie keatley, MHS, NRP
Christina is co-founder and owner of MedUltra Learning. She is a National Registered and NC certified paramedic, with 15 years of experience. She has served in supervisory and leadership capacities within her EMS department.
Christina is a seasoned EMS educator, public speaker, and advocate for first responder mental health. Christina earned her Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Emergency Medical Care from Western Carolina University in 2014, followed by a Master of Health Science in 2017.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Christina enjoys activities such as beach outings, camping, fishing, gardening, and spending quality time with her young children and pets.
